Growing by the lake

Looking over the gardens, here is the top floor of the B&B.

    1. It is such a beauty, and interesting how it's close to the poisonous one too. I just read a novel about that.

  2. B&B? Do tell. I have missed something, but that isn’t unusual.

    1. There are B&B's all over the town. Those on the lake must be full all season. A few call themselves Inns.

    1. There's another smaller B&B next door to this one...at least I think it is.

  4. Very nice photo of you on your 80th. Queen Anne's lace just stating to bloom here too. And my gladiolas will probably bloom in August.

    1. I'm used to August Glads as well...so wonder how come these bloomed already. Haven't been by this week, so they're probably gone. Now I can look forward to seeing yours!

    1. Thanks Robin...I love capturing flowers, and they seldom disappoint, as long as I pay attention to where the camera is focusing. Some wonderful blurs have been tossed.

    1. Isn't it strange how we remember our grandmother's gardens? I left her city when I was just 7 years old, but I remember roses and bright red flowers in a circle...darn, can't think of the name...taller than I was.
