How about forsythia for the Spring Equinox?

In  the northern hemisphere of our dear Gaia earth, Spring Equinox 2024 is today at 4:06 am. (not sure if this is GMT or EDT)

A fun exploration of springtime flowers with a friend last Saturday led to these photos of forsythia (and others to follow).

More springtime flowers coming soon!

  1. ...forsythia is in bloom here! Some people who ware yoga pants should look in the mirror before they leave the home.

    1. After the hard freeze the other night, many blooms have withered away. But there will more more to come I'm sure. Yes, yoga pants do show a lot.

    1. I hope your blooms didn't get nipped by the frost like ours. Have a great day yourself.

  3. In answer to your question I have used either one with this recipe. I think I usually buy regualr oats now not quick. I hope our forsythia blooms for us this year.
