Black Mountain Tailgate Market Spring of 24

A few of my pieces displayed...they change weekly!

A lively market, with live entertainers too.

    1. I was away 4-5 years, and haven't got my groove back...but the weather has been wonderful so far. That certainly helps!

    1. I have only had one Saturday so far without sales. Which makes me look for the other great reasons I do it...seeing such a diversity of people, and pets, and especially children!

    1. Dogs who want to fight are not allowed to return, and most owners do keep a tight leash on the ones who suddenly lunge for another one. I wonder what's in their minds to do that. Otherwise, very peaceful!

    1. Oh I do hope you come my way and can visit the market. It's got so many interesting things, but no antiques. There are lots of other places near Asheville (which I bet you know about already!)

    1. Ours tends to farmer's produce, decorative things for home and gardens, personal things like jewelry and tie died clothes, useful items...just a hodge podge.

  9. Magnificent market in magnificent weather! I am jealous, it's raining cats and dogs here (some 4,200 miles east of Lake Tomahawk).
