Light snow for hours....and we got light covering and schools closed a few days.

Pipes not freezing

Yes, the faucet continues to drip, since our daytime temp was not going over 24 F it seems...at least the sun is keeping it fluid and not an icicle.  Taken Jan 28, 2014

Just on the ridge

Out the window of the Vet's office, as Muffin and I waited to be seen one day, I noticed the trees across the road on the ridge.

Yes, many of us see this all winter long.  There are no leaves.  There is no snow.  Some days it's sunny and warm.  Some days it's sunny and cold.  And some days...you know the rest. 

Just keep looking for something beautiful out there!

Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.
