Breath is the bridge which
connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts.
Whenever your mind becomes scattered, use your breath as the means to take hold
of your mind again.
So glad to have your comments...whatever they may be. I'm one who likes to reply sometime or another, so others will see that; or you might happen back sometime and see what conversation might have started.
Our trees are still coated in ice for the third day. Thank goodness the wind has died down a bit. Stay warm.
