One display case

 At the Folk Art Center on the Blue Ridge Parkway...

I just came across these somewhat interesting photos. At least they were interesting to me at the time.

The key to this display

Weaving was the avenue of making some money for needed things, as well as a craft in itself.

Yes that was the day I was coughing so much and didn't have a mask...so stayed in corners away from people!

Yesterday it stopped snowing around noon.Then pretty sunny skies and that melted most of the snow where the sun hit...but it was still below freezing. So I stayed in, and plan to go out when it gets into the 40s on Sunday.

Blue Ridge overpass

One of the familiar overpasses of the Blue Ridge Parkway, this one over US 70 in East Asheville.  The next right goes to the Folk Art Center.
