At the foot of the hill

 

This is the weeping cherry tree at the foot of Beech St, and look at what's around the ground beneath it!  Taken on Aug. 10, 2013.

      That's what caught my eye. The owners of that home keep the lawn pretty cleaned up, so the leaves were gone from the ground the next time I looked.

      I think Blogger is doing strange things...because Denise already commented so she could see the photo. But I can't get your original comments to go away once I post them...so it feels like we're at the bottom of the ocean again with blogger. Glug blug.
