Exercise is good for you

Every morning throughout the summer, lap swimmers have enjoyed the Lake Tomahawk pool for an hour.

  1. This is a great way to get exercise and low impact exercise for aching joints? Definitely something I am looking into as I have plenty of those ;)

  2. I have always heard that swimming is the best form of exercise there is. In my younger years I used to swim quite well. Haven't been in the water for years and years.

  3. I saw your comment in Vicki’s blog. I like your heading picture. It makes me feel good that so many people in North Carolina are against the terrible laws the state is trying to pass. I remember marching in San Francisco in 1967 and never thought that this would happen in 2013!
