Our little laundry room with 4 washers...it may be mundane, but it's a necessary part of life!
Here is a view of my front porch, with the low roofed laundry room being right behind the EMS truck. We are very grateful that EMS comes quickly whenever one of us has need.
Overwintering a geranium, which was still healthy in the fall.
It sits in a nice south window and thinks its about time to start blooming again!

Your flower is pretty. I am thankful for the EMS and our washing machine. Take care, have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteGood things to know about...our washers now have an app we can use on our phones rather than plugging in all those quarters.
Delete...recently I was fortunate to have EMS come.
ReplyDeleteThey are really great. First responders are ready for anything.
DeleteOur problem with house plants is getting them to the light. Our windows aren't situated all that well.
ReplyDeleteI'm lucky to have southern windows, and the low winter sun comes further into the house.
DeleteNow I’m wondering why washing machines are not made to be beautiful. Perhaps we should paint some hippie daisies and rainbows on them.
ReplyDeleteAh, now you're thinking!
DeleteGeraniums are such cheerful blooms.
ReplyDeleteThey just keep on putting out such colors!
DeleteThat geranium is a happy sight! Mine are wintering much better than usual. I think it is because I have moved them outside a couple times for natural light and rain.
ReplyDeleteHere in our senior resort we see the local EMTs fairly often and we're grateful for their quick response time. We actually do an annual fund-raiser for them because apparently Florida taxes do not adequately support the smaller stations. They always come to say thank you and show us what they've done with what we donate.
