Snow up there

Look up towards the Blue Ridge Parkway from Lake Tomahawk and you can see that the snow is still there from yesterday, though it's melted down here in the valley.  Photographed a week ago.

  2. That's one thing I love about winter...looking up at the high mountains at the snow but not having any here. If we want snow, it's a short drive away.

  3. We often see snow on the Blue Ridge (far to the east) when there's none here -- a beautiful sight!
