A little house for the garden

Yesterday, late, I posted over on my pottery blog a new placement of a sculpture that I made a few years ago.
Since it's now part of my environment, I'll invite you to glimpse it here and there.

I'm surprised the pansies have survived through so much cold, then so much heat (twice in the 60s this week.)  I put a pedestal under the little house, and with all it's interesting perforations, it looks much better (to me) in the sunshine than it did inside.  Weatherwise, we may get snow tomorrow night.  Yes winter is still around!
