The greening of the mountains from Tanbark Ridge overlook, elevation 3175 feet, Blue Ridge Parkway, North Carolina. The road seen in upper left is the parkway as it continues northeast. Can you see the little houses, including my favorite, the red roofed one?
It looks very nice although I am not sure it is what I think of when I here the word "inn" mentioned. But what you miss out on in terms of flagons of ale I am sure you make up with wonderful scenery and fine hospitality
A bit of a stretch for Inn. But since it's a dorm type building, but the Presbyterian college is trying to have more conferences, that's how it's been stretched.
So glad to have your comments...whatever they may be. I'm one who likes to reply sometime or another, so others will see that; or you might happen back sometime and see what conversation might have started.
