I didn't know the quilt shop had become a home decor shop...

    It happens here. A shop changes ownership or direction when you're not noticing.

      That family hadn't even gone into the shop...but we do have a pedestrian crosswalk which we encourage cars to stop for people...it doesn't always work, so these people were smart to scurry. Many out of town cars and trucks don't know that pedestrians have right of way (only in crosswalks) and many pedestrians also don't bother with crosswalks and are actually jay walking. It's sort of entertaining to watch!
