The trees have stayed beautiful much longer this year, with little rain storms until today, and though it pulled a lot of leaves down, there wasn't any rain to pull the last ones.

The trees are beautiful, I love the red leaves. Take care, enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteThose red leaves sure do stand out. I don't edit at all!
Delete...most leaves here are now on the ground.
ReplyDeleteYes, many came down, but then some landscape guys came around with big blowing machines and pushed them all somewhere besides our porches and walkways. The result for me is lots of dirt has been blown onto my porch, steps, doors, and the hand rails. Tomorro I'll broom them all down!
DeleteI love the view of the fallen leaves on the ground. It's like a colorful carpet of leaves.
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful, but not safe for the seniors who need to walk somewhere.
DeleteIt's been a glorious Fall and it's lingered beautifully.
ReplyDeleteI agree completely!
DeleteThe wind and rain took care of all our leaves. Some were colourful but most weren't. Love those colourful and vibrant trees, they're so pretty to see.
ReplyDeleteThose ornamental trees planted downtown had been chosen for that reason, but my dear old maples are the result of a forest that was here before the buildings were built.
DeleteStill looking good.
ReplyDeleteSome have survived. Missed seeing your blog today!
DeleteOur leaves are generally gone now.
ReplyDeleteThis has been rare. Usually a storm takes them all down quickly and that's it...time for the greys and browns. This year has been something to really enjoy!
DeleteSuch beauty! We have a bounty of leaves too, but I look at them as mulch. I know they can be a hassle in some settings though.
