Black Mountain
The greening of the mountains from Tanbark Ridge overlook, elevation 3175 feet, Blue Ridge Parkway, North Carolina. The road seen in upper left is the parkway as it continues northeast. Can you see the little houses, including my favorite, the red roofed one?

Such happy little faces!
ReplyDeleteI am so behind in my blogging! I'll be back at it next week. Your Pansies are gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see pics from your trip. I've been reading your blog whenever you post, but you've got so many others commenting, I'll wait till there isn't a deluge!
DeleteI did transfer the little darlings into pots so they can be in a shadier spot for the rest of the summer.
ReplyDeleteBarb -- pansies are always so cheerful in the spring. I never seemed to be able to keep them going as the summer wore on. Maybe you know the trick? --- barbara
ReplyDeleteI'll let you know after trying to keep them in pots. Glad you mentioned them, it's a nice cloudy cool day so I should check that they are ok, and plant the coleus around the bird bath.
