Summer is upon us

What's wrong with this picture? Certainly not the beautiful day. The barricades show where our former gazebo used to sit. There is a new one coming!

    1. That's true. The playground is finished. And now the dam. This may hopefully be the last, the gazebo.

  2. I speculate that our common orange daylilies will start opening in about a week, or maybe less.

    1. They don't seem to mind cool nights, as logs as the sun comes shining in the day.

    1. I love how many ended up in ditches. They might have been thrown there...or maybe the road equipment scattered them from old gardens no longer in existence. They definitely thrive in ditches, so our dear landscapers put lots of them here on our grounds. Mmmm, what does that say?
